Most of the staff are great. A few can use some better customer service training.
I have been going there for a long time and in general they do a good job but they can't seem to keep their doctors there I think I have had three or four different doctors since I've been going there just in the past year I had two different doctors and now I'm getting a new one again. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable but they need to figure out how to keep their doctors.
Hard to get appointment but staff is real nice and smart
Where to start, getting lab results should be easy but it takes two months plus. I go in for labs, low t, they say take it again in 6 weeks to confirm, 6 weeks later still low but it takes a month and a half later until they go over labs finally. They make a referral to endocrinologist he rejects it. Another 6 weeks for labs, followed by a month to hear about results. The staff and nurses are overall pretty rude if you express any dissatisfaction even when you arent saying anything verbally and are just put off by the chaos ... read more
Got a dog in sac who came with a coupon for a free vet appointment here. Couldn’t make it to the first one and forgot to call. Then told me pretty rudely about their strict policy. I apologized and made a second appointment , stating I would be using my coupon. Drove a hour for them to tell me I can’t use it anymore because I didn’t show up (they didn’t use it on the first one) very rude employee. I know others with bad experiences here as well. Don’t waste your time here
