Husband waited 6 months for his appointment to have the doctor not even listen. My husband didnt even have the chance to show his moles which looked weird or the painful bone spur on his foot.... so now what? 6 more month wait?
Worst VA clinic I’ve ever been to. Two months for lab results and then they cancel and reschedule me for two months later by the time they go over my lab results I’ll have whole new lab results. It’s stupid and you go in there to get help if you’re sick or something, but they don’t have the stuff that they need to tell you if you’re sick or not I have a very serious chest infection. They don’t have an x-rays, but they won’t give you antibiotics because you gotta get a chest x-ray but they don’t have an x-ray makes no sense
They don't answer the phone. And if you leave a voice-mail, they'll call you back way later and tell you to call regional for scheduling. And when you call regional, they tell you that the Yuba City clinic handles their own scheduling and that you have to call them directly. And when you try to point out to them that this is a dystopian catch-22 situation, they get pissed, clutch their pearls, and claim that you are abusing them.
