Totalled Convertable Camaro Review is FAKE. The review of Mathew S. is fake. It never happened according to the owners. He states an employee blew the engine, then drove it into a pole totaling it. Then he says it cost $17,000 in repairs. I thought it was totaled? He must have had full coverage insurance on a car a few months old and obviously the car wash has insurance. So why did he spend $17,000 in repairs? FAKE.
WATCH what you have in the car. I have had to have cars run through twice to remove dirt but overall they do provide good cleaning. However watch what you have inside the car if you want them to vacuum! We had a gameboy and manual in the car that somehow magically ended up at the bottom of a rag bin. My son left it on the seat and when we came back to the car it was gone. Luckily we noticed and wouldn't leave until it was found. They also stole several dollars out of the change pocket that day. Do not use this car wash. The employees abuse the vehicles. I had my 2006 Mustang GT washed at this business. The employee over revved the engine and spun the tires so much that I could smell the burning rubber. The manager stated that he knew the employee and his family and would do nothing about it. I do not recommend using this business.
Excellent Shine I am very please with this car wash company. They don't miss a thing. They even took out my penny cup to wash it and then put the pennies back in where they belong.
They totaled my NEW car! I took my car, a 2011 Chevy Camaro convertible that I just bought a few months ago to this car wash. They reved the engine and red lined it so much and for so long that they pulled a rod. On top of that one of the workers raced it out the the car wash to the waiting area and ran into one of the poles totaling the passenger front end. I will never go there again and neither should anyone else! They cost my $17,000 in repairs.
I paid for a Platinum Wash, I didn’t inspect the car before leaving, my mistake They did a horrible job. The entire car was covered in water spots. The passenger side wasn’t even washed. The back window was only cleaned on each side as if they only did at arms reach without getting inside the car. The trunk was not vacuumed and that is one reason I paid for platinum. I don’t recommend this place, and will never go back.
I paid $35 for the gold car wash ...The inside of my car was absolutely filthy the dashboard was still full of dust they didn’t vacuum out the center consul where the stick shift was on my cupholders the door handles had dust all over him like they were wiped down with I don’t even know what! Would never recommend this place
I'm not sure who was working then or who management was way back when, but my experience yesterday was great. My car sparkled on a way that I haven't seen in a long time - and I just got the basic wash! I also got my tire/wheels detailed and my entire car looks great. I also got my carpets shampooed. Entire visit took 1 hour max. Customer service was excellent as well. I will be back.
