My appointment was at 1130 they told me come in at 1115 it’s almost 12 and I still have not been seen do not recommend this place if you need anything done

Even though there was a two hour wait the staff were nice and friendly and apologetic. I just find it hard to believe they dont have a back-up tech for instances like this when a tech has to leave. Two hours of waiting is a lot to ask of someone already sick and in pain. Please find a back-up. Thank you.
The front desk staff are so friendly and nice and Rochelle is top notch at her job. she made me feel so comfortable and got me in and out ❤
