I was visiting from out of town so I was nervous about going to this salon. I also had my elderly mother with me who has mixed dementia and her past nail visits in our hometown did not go well. I almost cried… Penny did an amazing job with my Mom; not only did she treat my Mom with care, her nails looked like perfection. My Mom was so happy with her nails and her experience and that was all that mattered to me. I also got a pedicure and an acrylic fill done by CiCi. She took her time with my pedicure and fill in. I told lady can be gentle she started disrespecting me in Chinese language and stop giving me service and was on time sensitive also 2 weeks ago same lady did my nails and gave her a good tip so why she have a nasty attitude now

I received a pedicure from this establishment and two of my toes were split. I was busy on my phone while waiting and then being called I realized that the previous client left. The lady DID NOT SANITIZE anything. I tried asking her but there was a language barrier. This is unacceptable.

Very friendly, sympathetic, caring. I have been with them 5 years. I would not change for nothing.
