Avoid at all costs!!!! (And boy, did it cost me!!!) What should have been a simple annual check-up turned into two months of back-and-forth phone calls with Billing and Patient Advocacy—all because the doctor and her staff failed to disclose critical cost-of-care information. During my visit, I was offered several vaccines and tests. I declined nearly all of them because I wanted to avoid unexpected charges. I've been a patient here for over 10 years, and would recommend anyone coming here. Dr Lozanski has never made me feel out of place and has done nothing but supported me. She really cares.
It had to be the best mammogram experience ever. Caitlin was very professional and patient with me as I have a frozen left shoulder. I was in and out in what felt like 15 minutes. I hope to have her next year.
