I’m leaving this review because of terrible customer service by one of his receptionists. When I first called Dr Yu, his office (Receptionist #1) scheduled a first time appointment a month out, for a Monday 9am slot. Half a week before this scheduled appointment, Receptionist #2 phones me to ask whether I wanted to reschedule this appointment because “maybe a 9am appointment is too early for you”. This is a long established dental practice that even other dentists refer clients to. The staff and dentist is friendly. Dr. Yu can even do braces (though not an orthodontist). It is worthwhile to check him out if you are in need of a new dentist. Free parking in their garage or park on the residential side streets. #letsguide #covid.
