Disgusting "care" provided by Dr Yu to my grandparents. It's mortifying how much this woman doesn't care about the patients, and it's clear she's in it for a paycheck. I'd like to run into her sometime around town so she can't hide behind her pathetic, full of excuses, office staff.
Dr. Yu is an excellent doctor. Always prepared for appointments, very kind and concerned about patient. Extremely professional, listens to your concerns, explains things so you can understand and answers all questions. Takes time at your appointment. A truly fantastic doctor and a kind person.
It's bullshit that the only 24 hour urgent care is on Rancho. We need one on Nellis
