This doctor do not see patients with medi-cal, even if you are assign to him. As a PRP, He refused to see his patient who is out of medication, giving a excuse that they don't accept new paients while the Medi-cal system have him assigned to my aunt. Patients with medical needs should not be discriminated by their financial ability!
