I strongly reckon she is an excellent dentist with great experience indeed. I think she would be the best dentist if she can be more polite and patient. Additionaly, a good dentist need showing a strong will of trying to solve problems to his/her patients whatever he/she finally scucess or not. I hope I can approve he/she as a great dentist if he/she just diagnose conditions and keep receiving expensive dentist fee but refuse to treat complicated conditions like extraction & root canal treatment of molars.

I had Dr. Yu as my dentist for 2 years. After a certain incident I viewed her as more concerned about money than my medical concerns as a patient. I struggled with a dental issue about tooth loss and Dr. Yu had briefly mentioned braces would help during one of my appointments. I thought about it when I went home and I wanted to know more so asked if I could chat with Dr. Yu. She charged me $80 for 5 minutes where she basically talked at me. Many years ago before I met Dr.Yu I used to hate going to the dentist but still went routinely every 6 months as a child and teenager. After a couple of bad experiences, including a terrible wisdom teeth extraction, I eventually stopped going to the dentist at around age 20.
