1st appointment, had a 2 hour wait before being seen, I waited. My follow up appointment was today scheduled @ 10:30. The clerk or reception, whatever her title is is very nasty, and unprofessional. This office is very small with four chairs in the waiting area. So again like my first visit, I waited in my car & was told she will call me when it's my turn. Very poor customer service from the doctor and the workers. Very dissatisfied with their lack of empathy and respect for me as a patient.
