My mother was referred my a specialist for suspected glaucoma. The first appointment Dr. Yu just told us to come back for a diagnostic test. This was frustrating as we already knew coming into the appointment that she needed to be tested for glaucoma. At the second appointment, they spent an hour doing a test which turned out to be for a test that has already been performed by the referring doctor and then told us to come back again for the glaucoma test. Very professional. Waiting room not crowded. I was seen at my appointment time. Staff courteous and professional. Dr. Yu performed comprehensive procedures and I am grateful because I have aging eyes. He explained each result and answered all of my questions. The optical department does not close for lunch and again, I did not have to wait. They also were friendly and offered good suggestions. I am very impressed with Pasadena Eye Medical Group. Thank you.
