I became Dr. Chan's patient by chance. I was in limbo when my previous primary left the practice when it was taken over by Sentara. Dr. Chan saw me for follow-up after an ER visit. Initially I was intent on finding another PCP as the change to Sentara was a little challenging to get acclimated to, HOWEVER, after my first visit with Dr. Chan, I thought, " I like him.
