Great roofing people to work with.. All the worker's are very nice and informative.. everything was cleaned up nicely when they were done.. Job looks top notch.. Paul kept me posted along the way of them putting my new Roof on..
I found Ytown Roofing while taking a walk around the neighborhood, and what a find! They gave me a reasonable estimate, and scheduled me within two weeks. The crew was punctual and professional. They discovered I needed a full tear-off and explained why it was necessary. It turned out that.the plywood was original from 1962! The crew worked well together with the tear-down and re-roofing. I just bought a Craftsman home and detached 2 car garage in Sebring, Oh in mid September, 2025 and they were both badly in need of new roofs and gutters. YTown Roofing replaced my roof and I love it. They did an excellent job. They had a great crew, finished in one day. Good people!
I think they did a good job of installing the roof and it looks great.They didn't do a great job getting up all the old nails and marks left on the house from the old shingles hitting it.They did come back and to do a better of clean up.
