Massive water leaks in the building created by this company. Won't take ownership and will not repair said defects which has caused multiple irreparable damage to nearby surfaces. Stay away from this dodgy company.
OMG...Dont ever order through these guys. They eat parcels and update as delivered no customer service nothing just loose the packahe thats all/
Shocking building quality. There are too many noise, water leaking and constrcution issues in 1 Markham Place, Ashfield NSW 2131. Owner Committe is going to sue this builder. Horrible experience.
I am a resident from The Place, Ashfield (1 Markham Place, Ashfield NSW 2131). Non of my apartment windows sealed properly. The building is adjancent to 6 train track lines close to Ashfield train station. Builder didn't do anything to fix them. The whole building residents have been suffering from train noise for every single day in 3 years. And also roof and basement water leaking was still no fixing. Regret to purchase my property. Stay away from anything TYO built!
