I’m an owner/resident in a small 27 unit community called Harvest Meadows in East Lampeter township. I’ve lived here for 10 years and have been with 3 different property management firms. YRG has been a godsend to us. We are the homeowner of a tidy place in Lancaster, and the YRG team helped us get it ready for rental (even though the unit had been brought up to contemporary standards and was in great condition, there were small things the City requires to bring a rental into compliance with their rental code.)
