I've been very frustrated with YRC not being able to follow through on their promises. On Thursday, they said it would come Friday. On Friday, they said Monday. It's Monday, now they're saying Tuesday. There's always a reason or excuse. They don't put any effort into making things right.
These guys loves their jobs ,their unloading is quick no stress
Shipped something and over did the dimensions and weight for the sake of being not overcharged (entire shipment was smaller and lighter). sure enough, I have a threat to go to collections and they wont do anything to help me here. YRC will never have my business, or my customers business again.
