Great for small kids.
The 2 stars given are for the local dispatch personnel that respond to phone calls the best they can. With that said I don’t know what the tracking system looks like on their end but there is no transparency for the routes they take. My freight did a circle around the final destination terminal and it’s still sitting there 1.5 weeks after scheduled delivery date.
