I use these guys once a year. I do not ship much freight. They sent me an invoice for the outbound freight. I paid that invoice. Then they sent it to me again with a balance due. They modified the invoice after it had been paid.

Customer service is no good. My shipment can in a week ago. No one called to inform me the shipment was ready for pick up. Once I call the company and verify that my shipment was there they said I could go pick it up. Once I got there I was told they could not locate my shipment. The individual I spoke with then told me he would relay the information to day shift and it would get taken care of. I drove back empty-handed 3 hour round trip.
