Avoid by all means. Unreliable service with constant details and completely careless employees. From phone support, drivers to management (only manager Chris was helpful). We have had our delivery date moved three times, nonetheless that we escalated it and were promised multiple times that it has been prioritized, as it was a water heater.
This place is great and the people are friendly, but as a retail customer it can be kind of confusing. Some pro tips: Monday - Friday ONLY for pickups and dropoffs, no weekends. Dock service pickup and drop off from 11am - 6pm. If you call the main number on the gate wait for option 4 to get someone in the office. This is how you get in past the locked gate.
Very good customer service. The site manager was very helpful. Overall very service god service.
