My sister and I just moved into a property they manage this last March. It is very poorly managed, but we have made this our home and are quiet residents. At our 6 month ***** they scheduled an annual inspection. We have no problem with this. The day of our inspection, we had no notice and just assumed they were complete. My husband and I have never had such a horrific experience with any rental owner or property management group, not until we rented through YQC. The way in which YQC operates on such poor business ethics; leaving their customers/tenants to be at the very bottom of priority is inexcusable. YQC Properties along with our property owners are always willing to work with a tenant facing a financial hardship to collect rents/balances due. Taking legal action and filing for eviction is always the absolute last resort option when there has been no communication or follow through from a tenant. Furthermore, during the eviction proceedings a tenant has a due process to explain any circumstances to the courts and set a payment arrangement through the courts.
