I can't express enough how much I appreciate the caring staff here. Our heartbreaking day was treated so delicately and thoughtfully when we finally had to put our 15yr old Scooby girl down. Through our years of going here it is clear they really do care about your pets health, care and your feelings. They do so much to help that does not benefit them in any way. I also like the small, intimate setting, it makes it less intimidating for our pets. ❤️ Very clean as well which is something that's important to me.
The most caring and wonderful staff and doctors ever! First with understanding Tojo's issues and not ever being impatient with him and he was really a handful. Then with the exceptional care of our Rosie, who became very sick last summer.

I absolutely love the staff here. We were at another vet previously and finally got tired of some of their practices and sought out a new vet. So glad we did because they are awesome here. Our dog has never ending problems with his ears due to what we now know are allergies. I feel as if we have been given all the knowledge we need to care for this problem. They did an amazing job. They were so nice and gentle, even when King Nini (my cat) got scared.
I have been taking both of my dogs here since I moved up to Michigan in December 2014. Even though I no longer live in Ypsilanti, I still make the commute down there to see Dr. Kunoff. He is the best and always treats my pups with the the utmost care! I love all of the staff members as well! I would highly recommend this vet for anyone in Southern Michigan! :-)
