Mr. Dave service is unbelievable he came to pick up my lawnmowers texted me with a list of things that needed to be done, I gave the ok and had it done in no time... And even delivered it !!! Now that is customer service!! He even text me a few days later to see how things were going !!!

Very friendly and professional. GreenWorks doesn't have an authorized repair shop within 100 miles, so I took it here instead. For a third the price of a new battery, he got it back up and working. He also responds quickly on Facebook, making it easy to discuss price, issues, etc while at work, stuck in traffic, etc. A very pleasant transaction.
