Great customer service love this company!
At least 3 of the 5 star reviews in this thread from "Cynthia K. and Cynthia C." are the same person. I would double check the 5 star ratings. My post was going to reflect a credibility issue. I came to give my review and I find at least 3 fake accounts giving 5 star reviews? Whats up with that? In my opinion, this company lacks integrity, it would appear they are more likely to rip a customer off than charge a fair price for honest work. I would caution anyone considering using this company to move on and find someone else.
I've known Gary and Joe for over 40 years they are true professionals. Working with them is like working with a real person who care about the job your doing.Joe takes the time make sure you have the right part. And with his vast knowledge of Boiler and control systems he is the person that I go to first.m]
