I am a YOPW alum, and some of my best high school memories were made at YOPW. I made friends for life and played amazing music. I am still involved in YOPW, and the staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and supportive. Their goal is to inspire kids through music, give them a creative outlet, and bring quality art to our community. It's a great program.
Youth Orchestras of Prince William (YOPW) is doing an outstanding job providing music education and performance opportunities to the children and teens in the local area. They follow the music curriculum in the local school division and partner with what the local music teachers are already teaching. YOPW also provides a wonderful opportunity for students who are in private school or who are home school students to have a quality music education. Awesome Music program. my Daughter started in a violin music program at age 4 at Queens college in Queens NY, then entered the music program in Florida State university at 7 and now, the Youth Orchestra of Prince William is providing an excellent environment for her love of music to grow.
If there was 10 stars I would give. You need passion for music in NVA, register your child here. Highly recommended.
