This organization has actively made me suicidal and is refusing to rectify their mistake leaving me without an antipsychotic I have been taking religiously for the last 6 YEARS. I know my therapist is at the Alexandria location but I just need to gush about how amazing she is. Julia Klynstra is so incredible, I don’t know where my mental health would be if I didn’t have her. I always feel heard, and I feel like we have such a great patient therapist relationship. I hope she gets more clients but also I love how she always makes room for my life changes. My goddaughter has been through 2 therapist here. Her mother was in the process of cancelling services because of all the changes. I'm glad she didn't Mrs,. Jones is by far the ONLY therapist that actually made progress for my goddaughter she's attentive, professional, funny, and she always keeps her parents informed (especially since her mother travels now for work now) about her daughter's progress.
