Since 1984 Youth & Family Programs has been providing a supportive, safe, and stable environment for foster families and foster children. We work with children age infant to 21 years old who have been detained by Butte and Shasta County. We also offer Transitional Housing and the Independent Living Program for our youth in extended foster care.
