It's unfortunate that families have to be put through this torture.
As a foster parent I highly recommend this agency! We were originally certified through the county and it was an absolute mess. Don't make the same mistake I did, go with Youth and Family first! The staff is wonderful and they help so much with transport, visits, paperwork and special activities for these wonderful kids. Being with them makes me able to be a better foster parent.
Overall everyone here is friendly & helpful.
