This organization is the most unprofessional and unethical place I had ever work. Management is a complete mess, starting with the executive director. This company will overwork the therapist . There is no motivation to work and pay day sucks. I feel sorry for the clients who have to jump from one therapist to another. In the past 4 months they hired two therapists .
