It takes for ever for them to answer the phone, I waited on the phone for 15 minutes 3 times and no one answers. When they finally answer the call it is even longer wait time to see a doctor by the time I see them I no longer need them and it takes for ever to cancel. What kind of health care service is this ? I wish management would look into this feed back and improve performance rather than just ignoring people’s concerns
They have the worst front desk ever, doctors are good but the receptionists are very rude

Worst place Ive ever picked to come to and i picked this place just because its close to where i live ive been there Only 3 times never got to see dr beshai or ever hear from him and to see any of them its like they dont care about there patients all they care about is getting paid LONG STORY SHORT IVE HAD AN ACCIDENT ABOUT 6 months ago and been getting treatment for my pain got 2 herniated disc's back and nick called them to speak to the dr just quick 5 minutes very bad service after explaining to the receptionist what the ... read more
