Youssef is the best. When you go into Youssef's it feels like you are family. very cute salon. He is almost like a father to me lol
Today I went in the day of farmers market and I passed by to get a quick answer for a question I had about my hair type. Yousef was dealing with only one customer. It was pretty empty. So I went to front desk as there salon is open, no door so I went in and the host was nice and told me that this question is for yousef and walked me to him. He was very rude, he pretended I was not even there. Youssef and his staff will ensure you have a good experience. I communicated exactly what I want and they deliver. If you’re looking for a certain look or service, they will do it when you communicate what you’re looking for. This has been my go to spot for 12 years
I had gone here a long time ago thought I'd try the place again. I went yesterday as I had time, I opened the door and it looked closed so I asked the lady if she was open. She says she's yes but she's waiting for a client, doesn't let me say anything before repeating herself. So if I could not ask if or when she would have time for a walk in, to my understanding this place is supposed to welcome, I decided not to go back and went elsewhere.
