I had such a great experience today. It was my first time at youssef salon, he transformed my hair into the most Beautiful blonde. Him and his staff were super kind and friendly.
Youssef is the best. When you go into Youssef's it feels like you are family. very cute salon. He is almost like a father to me lol
Today I went in the day of farmers market and I passed by to get a quick answer for a question I had about my hair type. Yousef was dealing with only one customer. It was pretty empty. So I went to front desk as there salon is open, no door so I went in and the host was nice and told me that this question is for yousef and walked me to him. He was very rude, he pretended I was not even there. I drove all the way from Michigan and crossed the border because I wanted to explore my options in Windsor but I felt very disrespecte... read more
