Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salon. I went in for a simple trim before a wedding, clearly stated I only wanted half an inch to an inch cut off. The man cutting my hair—who I believe is the owner—nodded, started cutting, and then I watched four inches hit the floor. I immediately said, “I only wanted an inch off.” His response? “Your hair is dead, I have to cut more.” I told him no, but he dismissed me, saying it was already done. Very nice place edgar has great customer service and is very welcoming. He is an asset there. A popular place but a welcoming greeting goes a long way. Parking is good there to and its free.
