This tech shop, absolutely the worst. It took them over a month and a half to look at my PC tower when originally they told me it would take less than a week. So obviously, I called up multiple times, for many days asking when they would finally get to mine. To say that I recently had my computer sent in here would be exaggerating, as it had been over a month and a half before they got back to me. This was just for diagnostics, which I was initially told was expected to take a week. Once the diagnostics was finished, I took it back and did what they suggested, only to find out that their diagnostics was wrong. For reference, my wifi had been flickering out on the computer, and I was told that a simple reinstallation of Windows 10 would fix it. I did that, and while it did help a... read more
Not professional at all and threatened me when I asked for the return of my tv that they told me it could be fixed and now its not fixable. That's and easy way to get $125. 00
