Archie from Your Tesla Solution, went absolutely above and beyond helping me repair my Tesla battery pack, and honestly, I’ve never experienced customer service like this before. From the very beginning, Archie was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge. Awesome, customer service!
I wanted to share a positive experience I had with Archie at Your Tesla Solution. He helped me with a pretty complex issue and did an excellent job diagnosing and documenting everything in a way that was clear and thorough. What stood out most was how much time he took to really understand the problem and walk me through it. You can tell he has a strong understanding of Tesla systems and I really appreciated his effort and professionalism and would definitely recommend him to others.
What a Joke, buyer be ware. This new website is noting more than a electronic illusion. The place is a dump and there are no real tesla mechanics that work there. Had work done there on my battery and they completely messed it up and cost me over 14k to fix plus recently had to pay tesla another 4K to fix the front end that they messed around with and completely messed it up. They are not qualified to work on tesla and if you want more issues than you already have then let them work on it on about month later you will regret... read more
So I’m not sure where all these bad reviews are about but let me tell you this Archie truly helped me out with my Tesla model S if I could give him 100 stars I would.
