We've had various issues with Your Tesla Solution. We have 2 Teslas and have tried to work with this company. At one point they had both of our Teslas in for repairs at the same time for about 2 months. We were lucky to have a neighbor lend us a car for that time (and that we were able to make due with 1 car) or we would have had to rent a car(s). Our model S went in in Aug for an error code. Stay far AWAY, had an error come up in sept. Apparently, it was the battery. Took 6 weeks and spent 5K to fix for it fail a month and 1/2 later and needing to replace other control modules that failed during them attempting to fix the car. No warranty so they dove in again in Dec, and 2 months later with a 12K bill but it failed again 1 day after it I got it back.
