What a Joke, buyer be ware. This new website is noting more than a electronic illusion. The place is a dump and there are no real tesla mechanics that work there. Had work done there on my battery and they completely messed it up and cost me over 14k to fix plus recently had to pay tesla another 4K to fix the front end that they messed around with and completely messed it up. So I’m not sure where all these bad reviews are about but let me tell you this Archie truly helped me out with my Tesla model S if I could give him 100 stars I would.
I will not be taking my Tesla there ever! Attempted several times to contact someone to get some work done and just kept getting the runaround. Thank goodness I looked at some of the earlier reviews to validate the troubles I was already having just trying to get someone to listen to my issue. Bad show...
I don’t know much about cars so I rely on people not taking advantage. I thought I would give these guys a try and perhaps save some money, but I was wrong. First, they had my car for almost 2 weeks before they started on it. Then they drove my car, like it was their personal vehicle, around two county’s for three days, convincing me it was so that they could properly diagnose the issue.
