The staff is amazing here. They've been so helpful with my move from helping me choose the best storage unit to offering packing advice. Top notch facility.
After one week of my belongings being in storage I noticed droppings on my belongings. I went to management and they appered to be shocked and said they would have pest control come out. Two months later I start moving my furniture and notice my unit was covered in rat fecal and urine nothing was salvageable . Management said I should have gotten insurance but the insurance does not cover rodents . This was an outside unit that was used , now what???!
