I'm sure they are great to 99% of their applicants, so I can't fault them entirely. However, I'm not sure why they won't let you rent a home they have until you're 25. They service to a college town. It's unclear to me why they won't work with people in this early stage of their career trying to live in Jackson just because they are younger than 25. Matt and his team were the best while helping me get into my place. They are very kind, responsive and productive. They actually care about their tenants and their well-being. I would recommend anyone to do business with them.
We had a home that we needed to sell with a renter in it. Matt Peterson came along and offered to buy it and we were able to keep our tenant in the home, a woman with three kids. The process was flawless and Matt was there every step of the way! We closed in 2 weeks! I highly recommend this company and will never use a realtor again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
