Went to my storage to get something very important I needed for my daughter when I got there. There was two locks on there. One was mine, and I don’t know where the other one came from and supposedly the facility did not know where it came from either they told me I had to wait 7 to 10 days to get what I needed out of my locker that I paid $91 a month for so I cannot get my daughter’s medicine out. Jiao was so very kind in explaining what we need to do when clearing out our storage unit. The total experience with this storage facility was amazing and very easy to access. This storage facility in Albemarle, NC was new and very clean and we highly recommend if you should have a need. 7-18-26. I had to rent another unit 11 months later and Janine was very helpful this time to me in getting my unit closed out. Your storage facility, I highly recommend. Thank you, Sue
