We needed someone to redo our kitchen. We got a bid from 3 contractors, and Yourico construction was the cheapest. I was a little hesitant because I'm always used to cheap price meaning cheap work. It was quite the opposite. Youra, the owner, had specialized subcontractors that did 5 star work, and Youra made sure everyone was on top of their game and not slacking. These guys were excellent. I was referred to them by a friend. They are nice, transparent, affordable, experienced, knowledgeable, competitive, modern/up to date, clean, hard working, and fast. My project was a pretty big renovation on a new home for my family. They came in, looked at the place, we talked about what I wanted to do, they gave recommendations and suggestions on what would and wouldn't work, and most importantly they took notes, pictures, and videos to give me an accurate estimate. What a piece of junk this guy is. Please do not deal with this guy. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else. Your house will be put of commission for a long time while he takes care of other more important jobs, in his mind.

Youra finished my house and really went the extra mile for me. There were some small stuff that weren't on the contract, but he came an extra day and fixed all of them and didn't even charge. He's a trustworthy contractor, which is hard to find these days. Thank you Youra for all your help.
