I was seeing Dr Hanner (now retired) for around 18 months and found him to be very thorough and almost always on time with appointments. I think the longest I ever had to wait was 10 minutes, which is a rare occurrence when seeing most GPs. I found the staff helpful, although sometimes the phone manner can be a little curt at times, but to be honest, I have worked very busy receptions and I feel their pain and frustration, doing the work they do. Most unhelpful person picked up my call KAREN Incredibly rude after a basic question was asked. Abrupt & couldn’t get rid of me quick enough. Raising your voice when you don’t know the answer KAREN is not acceptable. A very very overpriced clinic others near just as good and much nicer, the over priced is not my complaint. Irritable phone staff are!

Dr Rabinov is simply amazing! I saw him a few years ago where he helped me regain my health and I will always be thankful to him for that. If he doesn't know the answer he will always endeavour to find out, he's invested in you as a patient and spends the time with you. I cannot recommend Dr Rabinov highly enough as he is one of the best integrative doctors you will find in Melbourne, he really does care.
