Worked for the company 6 months as a property manager before my owner pulled their properties from Your Way Management Company. They, YWMT, are now no longer in business; at least to my knowledge. All i want is my W-2 phone line does not work website is not up anymore please read the reviews I believe they are 100% accurate i have spoken with former employees and are currently going through the same thing. Hardly no help or little help from ownership all i am asking is for my W-2 can someone contact me about who i need to speak to or continue to proceed w law enforcement officials
I am a former employee, durning the manner of time I worked for this company I was treated horribly. I still have not gotten paid my commissions nor have I gotten support from hr in regards to the way things were handled.I have left numerous of emails and messages with no response. (Please don’t hide this review.)
This so called company are con artists. They would pay you on random dates, would not notify that your pay would be late. On top of that refuse to provide check stubs....im still waiting. They provided health insurance, which was great. Once my insurance kicked in I went to the Dr, later to find out the company cancelled everyone's policy. Now I have a $700 bill. John Mart the CEO, ignores any communication. The few times he has responded its been lies. I advise anyone to not work for this company or hire them to manage any ... read more
