DO NOT allow this fumigation company on your roof! If you do, be very wary of their tile insurance agreement. I made the mistake purchasing the very costly insurance and they lied (under reported) about the number of broken tiles on my roof after the fumigation was completed. Also, there roof repair person is not a certified roofer but one of the fumigation crew. They do not guarantee that the work is done properly so that the roof will not leak plus they explicitly state they are not responsible for damage caused by roof ... read more
Just had this company do my fumigation on 11/27/2018. I subcontracted them through A.S.A.P Pest Control who we use on a regular basis. I don't know where all these bad reviews come from but I experienced just the opposite. They were communicative throughout my 3 days with them and afterward to repair the few (3) tiles they broke and replaced. They arrived in the 2hr time frame I was given. These guys are terrible. Had to pay a heating co. 109.50 after they compromised a roof vent. They tore my downspout away from my garage and main house, they bent the grate on my chimney, and broke 3 arms of my t.v. antenna (I'm old school). I was so happy to get back in my house I didn't think to do a walk around inspection. These guys were all smiles and never let on about the damage they caused. Two people I know here in Westchester used Western Fumigation who subcontracted out to this company for tenting. Both came home to a ripped off house! Law is on to them but are saying it's hard to prove! 😠
i have bad experience for the people who did a fumigation of my house i have things missing after they finished the job.
