I had a horrible experience with this company. The communication was extremely poor, and unfortunately, the quality of services provided was even more concerning. They sent a BT to work with my son in his school setting, and I was later contacted by the school because they had serious concerns about the services being provided. According to the school, the BT was not actively supporting my son and would simply stand by and watch when he became upset rather than providing the agreed-upon interventions and support outlined in ... read more
Horrible company! The owner is very unprofessional and rude. They sent someone to my home who was not only untrained but their first time meeting their employee and she had no idea what to do. After the second day there was no training and they left her to figure it out on her own. I reached out to the owner and she was very unprofessional about the situation so I ended the contact.
My son had ABA therapy with this company for 5 months. The actual therapists that he saw were great and really nice. I have no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to continue with therapy. It took about a month for a prior authorization to be completed with my insurance prior to the start of therapy. No big deal at all, that stuff takes time. At that point we were told my insurance would cover his therapy.
