I will say my biggest reason for the low stars is the constant unnecessary emails and spam. I now have constant emails from other companies referring to the home inspection. Besides that, inspection was okay. There were some items that were incorrect on the inspection that we found out once we had professionals out. The inspection made it seem like there was a lot more that needed to be done but once we had professionals out to give estimates it didn’t seem nearly as bad.
