Jay Kendall couldn’t have done a more thorough inspection if he tried! He was very professional and made awesome recommendations to the builder (Perry Homes). We bought a new home and although the home has never been lived in and was completed this year (2025) there were still areas that without an inspection we wouldn’t have known were not done quite right.
