DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. They have no clue what they are doing. What I ordered for my aunt's funeral and what was delivered were no where close. I added a Banner, I got a present bow. DISGUSTING ARRANGEMENTS. The whole flower shop did not have 1 dozen carnations, so they only gave me 10 carnations instead of the 3 to 4 dozen carnations on the picture advertised that says "AS SHOWN" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Norma is one of the most professional, customer service oriented business owners I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The quality of flowers she uses is extraordinary. Her arrangements are very unique and beautiful. I ordered 24 arranged red roses this past Valentines day for my wife. She absolutely loved the arrangement and the roses are big and beautiful. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!!! My brother who lives in New York sent me flowers for Easter. It was the worst arrangement I have ever received. Most of the flowers were dead the day after delivery. I tried to pull out and salvage the ones that survived, and found many of them had stems only two to three inches long. I called the shop to complain, however, the owner appeared unconcerned, didn't respond, and I hung up. Today, I received the 3rd arrangement from this shop. First arrangement came around Xmas, second for Valentines Day. Every arrangement had flowers that were dead or dying and definitely needed to be re-arranged. I am no florist, however the job that I have done is better than the mess of flowers, that have been thrown on my porch. I know for a fact that my deployed husband has spent a lot of money with this organization and wish we were getting our money's worth.
