I had a really bad experience here. I explained clearly that I’m getting married this week and wanted short blue nails for the occasion, so I was expecting clean, careful work. The technician barely prepped my nails. She didn’t clean my hands, didn’t remove my cuticles, and was about to go straight into applying dip powder. Love this spot in Brooklyn, in the artsy Bushwick neighborhood. I always get the "clean-up" pedi & the gel manicure. The chrome gel nails are one of my faves. Great work & good prices. Ask for Mayra!
When I sat down for my manicure, the nail tech’s table still had nail clippings and cuticle debris from the previous client, and it wasn’t wiped down until I asked. I hope they clean their tools. Doubt they're cleaning the foot baths very well. The environment was not relaxing at all. Loud videos on the techs' phones, bright lights, the floors and tables were filthy, gross, and dusty.
