My husband and I have been going to them for years, kind and professional.
I've unfortunately been to a lot of dental offices through the years but this one has hands down been my favourite. Dr Axelrod and his staff (notably Katherine and the desk lady) have always been so kind to me. I've always struggled with bad panic attacks but this office welcomed me with open arms, unlike others, despite this. I hope Dr Axelrod has a wonderful retirement, he deserves it. I will update this once again once I meet the new dentist that bought the practice.
Please take down your god awful, retina burning sign board. It was the brightness of 1000 suns. It blinds drivers at night time when they are driving westbound on bond street west. It is super dangerous and will cause an accident one day. Seriously, why does it need to be so powerful and bright? Its barely legible at night time. Inconsiderate business practices like this only makes people hate your business.
This is long overdue but Dr. Axelrod previously removed two of my wisdom teeth. It was a complicated surgery as I was past aged 40 at the time. He was both professional and efficient. I acknowledge his expertise as the reason I had no complications post surgery. Thank you Dr. Alexrod
