Do not use this company! They came for a service call on 11/3 for a potential leak and collected $99. I asked for a bid to do the work and set up an appointment for 12/7 (over 30 days later) to have the service performed plus some additional plumbing work (faucet install, minor toilet repairs, etc) that was confirmed prior to the appointment date via a reminder message (see details in message below).
