Best service spa so clean very helpful people nice people there is some good drama sometimes and sometimes there funny and so sweet the treatments are amazing

Worst experience ever at Your Secret Med Spa. I used to come here regularly for post-op massages with Bertha, who is an absolute gem. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. Sadly, her daughter Rebecca—who owns the place—is the exact opposite. Rude, unprofessional, and clearly only in it for the money. Rebecca tries to upsell you on unnecessary treatments and overcharges for things you don’t need. I’d give it 0 stars if it allowed me to create this review. This place is dirty with things all over unorganized and barely any hand soup in the restroom which is the very basics of things. Also be aware they have unlicensed staff providing services with no knowledge or background. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere where the staff is LICENSED to perform the service requested before you regret it.
