The only thing I could say is understaffed and overwhelmed. Came here right after church on Sunday with my five kids, ordered at the kiosk, and after a 45-minute wait, only got half of my pizzas, which were overcooked. The other half weren't even fired. The staff was really trying to do their best, but there were many tables that got up and walked away without even getting their food. Rock Star Staff!!! Fresh Delicious Knowledgeable & Celiac Safe Pizza 🍕!!!
Staff were great. However, not sure if this is a franchise or this particular store issue. But, paying $20 something for a pizza that tasted like cardboard and had low quality toppings is not worth the money. The picture attached will explain my issues. I would have been better off buying a frozen pizza to be honest.
