Llame para que no envíen más medicamentos, la persona falleció. No respetan el tiempo de los que llaman y no contestan la llamada. Hasta una hora me dejan en espera con esa música. Después vienen las facturas. Llame varias veces no responden ni en Inglés ni Español. Mala atención.

They like to charge for meds they never ship. The resolution time is 90-120 days for the investigation and refund. Meanwhile-due to their theft of my FSA account, it's been suspended. Which means the surgery I need IS ON HOLD until this company decides to refund the mo ey they've stolen from me
