RecommendedThe knowledge of the staff is the number 1 reason. They are super knowledgeable and even if they don't know specifics they help to figure it out. I went in for some dog food for my 5 month old belgian malinois and an employee there, Courtney, spent so much extra time that she could have used for house keeping, but she focused and provided service to me and helped me find, what is now my pups favorite food and toys. Our family has 3️⃣ furry babes and they love their benebones! Let me tell you, we used to buy benebones online and the PRICE-POINT at our local, “Your Pet Stop,” is unbelievable!! We actually SAVED money! They even delivered curbside! Look for the helpers people - this local store loves their pets, our pets and is so willing to be supportive and work with all of us! We love Your Pet Stop! I love having the family business feel of the store, and the staff has always been so friendly and helpful! We’ve received samples to try new foods with our picky pets, which is a bonus. They were also willing to order us in a couple bags of our food that the didn’t have in stock! I also can’t complain about their great deals on their various chews, which is the icing on the cake since we have a super chewer! We will continue to support Your Pet Stop and recommend them to all our friends!
